Our manual handling training courses are for staff members who are in charge of moving or lifting large objects by hand (including pushing, pulling, carrying, or moving).
Our 1/2 day training courses will also equip participants with the skills necessary to conduct thorough manual handling risk assessments at work. Upon completion of the manual handling course, you will be provided with a 3 year HSE compliant certificate which can be renewed for a further 3 years with a short refresher course.

Tutors
All of our Manual Handling course tutors are qualified and experienced health and safety professionals, with extensive experience in Construction and Risk Management.
Assessment
This course is highly interactive and will be taught through quizzes and presentations.
The examination for the Manual Handling course will be a multiple-choice exam at the end. Successful candidates will be provided with the certificate and card before finishing the course. If you fail, you can retake as many re-sits until you pass, FREE OF CHARGE.
Renewal
The Manual Handling Course Certificate is valid for 3 years and after this, candidates can undertake a 1/2-day refresher course to maintain the certificate for a further 3 years.
